I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay more enjoyable. The location was ideal, with many local businesses within walking distance. Unfortunately, the rooms seemed a bit outdated, and there was construction going on, which made it less relaxing. Overall, it offered good value for the price considering the friendly service and convenient location.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Lenox and Phipps Plaza with plenty of shopping and dining options. The rooms were decent, but I did face some issues with noise and cleanliness. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, but the dining options left something to be desired as there was no complimentary breakfast. Overall, it's a good spot, but be prepared for a few hiccups.

The rooms were nice, but I encountered some noise issues from the air conditioning units, which were pretty loud at night. I also had a mix-up with my room assignment and found it wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Rating: 7/10
